Below is the full agreement that applies when you visit or play games on cloudxgames.com. The words we, our, and us refer to CloudXGames. You means any visitor, player, or account holder. Read every clause carefully; by continuing to use the site you accept all of the terms below. If you do not agree, leave the site immediately.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Entering the site, launching a game, creating an account, or clicking any link on CloudXGames forms a binding contract between you and CloudXGames. You must be at least thirteen years old—or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher. Parents or guardians who allow minors to play must review these terms and accept responsibility for the child’s activity.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

CloudXGames offers browser-based games that work on computers, tablets, and phones. Core titles are free to play; revenue comes from display and video ads supplied by partners such as Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager, and Google AdX. Some games present optional digital goods for a fee. The catalogue can change, expand, or retire at our discretion.

3. LICENSE TO USE

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and play games for private entertainment only. You must not copy, rebroadcast, frame, decompile, reverse-engineer, sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any portion of the service. All rights not expressly granted remain with CloudXGames or the original creators.

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree that you will not

  • break any local, national, or international law

  • post content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, hateful, or obscene

  • upload malware, viruses, or other code that interferes with the site

  • cheat, hack, or tamper with scores or game logic

  • use bots or scripts to scrape data or farm resources

  • flood comments or support channels with spam

  • impersonate another person, brand, or staff member

We investigate abuse and cooperate with law-enforcement when required.

5. ACCOUNTS AND USERNAMES

Creating an account lets you save progress and post scores. Choose a respectful username that does not infringe trademarks or privacy. Keep passwords private; you are responsible for all activity under your login. Report suspected compromise to [email protected] immediately. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for twenty-four months.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All code, graphics, audio, text, logos, and names on CloudXGames belong to us or to licensors who permit their use here. The CloudXGames name and mascot are protected by trademark law. 7. USER GENERATED CONTENT

Areas such as comments or custom levels let you submit content. You grant CloudXGames a worldwide, royalty-free right to store, display, adapt, and distribute your submission in connection with the service. Post only material you own or have permission to use. We may edit, refuse, or remove any content that breaks guidelines or law.

8. ADS AND PAYMENTS

Advertising appears before, during, or after gameplay and is provided by Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager, Google AdX, and similar networks. We aim to keep ads family-safe and free of malware but cannot guarantee every creative meets local rules. Report offensive ads with a screenshot.
Some games sell optional items such as cosmetic skins or booster packs. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Sales are final except where consumer law grants a refund. Virtual items hold no cash value outside the game.

9. VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND ITEMS

Certain titles include coins, gems, or similar tokens earned through play or purchased with real money. Virtual currency is valid only within its issuing game and for the stated purposes. We may change earning/spending rates or retire a currency if a game closes.

10. THIRD PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Games may link to external sites or embed third-party services (for example, social share buttons or multiplayer servers). CloudXGames does not control external content and is not liable for losses arising from visiting those sites. Review their policies before use.

11. COMMUNITY FEATURES

Forums, chat rooms, or clubs demand courteous conversation. Moderators may warn, mute, or ban users who break etiquette. These spaces are public—do not share personal data.

12. FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS

If you submit ideas, bug reports, or feature requests, you grant us the right to use and adapt that feedback without compensation. Do not include confidential information.

13. PRIVACY

Our separate Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By accepting these terms you confirm that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14. SECURITY

We employ encryption, firewalls, and access controls to protect the service. You must not probe or test vulnerabilities without permission. Send security reports to [email protected].

15. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

We may limit, suspend, or terminate your access for any reason, including rule violations, unlawful behaviour, or prolonged inactivity. We may discontinue any game or feature at any time. You may stop using the site whenever you wish. Clauses on ownership, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.

16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The service and all games are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by law CloudXGames shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability in any twelve-month period shall not exceed USD 100 or the amount you paid us during that period—whichever is less. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; parts of this section may not apply to you.

18. INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CloudXGames, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claim or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CloudXGames is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive authority over disputes. Before filing suit, you agree to attempt informal resolution by emailing [email protected]. If no solution arises within thirty days, either party may proceed to court.

20. SEVERABILITY

If any clause is found unenforceable, it will be removed and the remaining clauses will stay in force. Failure to enforce any right does not waive future enforcement.

21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, plus the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any game-specific rules, form the complete agreement between you and CloudXGames, replacing all prior agreements.

22. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may revise these terms to reflect legal, technological, or business changes. A new version and date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. If you disagree, stop using the service before changes take effect.
